Our client, a well-established professional services organization with multiple affiliated entities, is seeking a hands-on Director of Finance / Controller to lead all accounting and financial operations.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership role and work directly with ownership while inheriting a stable, well-functioning finance department. The organization is planning well in advance for a key retirement, allowing for meaningful overlap and knowledge transfer with the current finance leader.
The successful candidate will serve as the organization's primary financial expert, balancing strategic guidance with day-to-day accounting responsibilities.
This is a true working Controller role for a professional who enjoys both leadership and execution. The Director of Finance will oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and operational finance activities across multiple entities.
As the sole accounting and finance professional within the organization, this individual must be comfortable owning the entire financial function while serving as a trusted advisor to ownership.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
